All that sounds like a substantial undertaking. Multiple Apps like KMotionCNC and KMotion can run at the same time. But no you can't drag and drop screens from one to the other. There is a lot of C++ code behind the screens to make them work. The KMotion.exe App is only used for diagnostics and initial tuning and configuration and not intended to be used during normal operation. We don't release the source for it.
You might consider modifying the VB.NET Jogger example to just display various status on your other screen.
Or possibly Mach3 would be more easily customizable for you.

The Jogger option looks like what I was trying for. I.ve been using mach3 since it was master5 ( A long time ) It's what I use on 5 different machines now. It's been a great program, but I like the idea of using KmotionCNC, it seems like it can be more flexible and powerful, even though there will be a learning curve. Plus windows doesn't have as much control over the machine anymore.
